EDU is a publicly listed company on Boursa Kuwait.

The Company has 3 main Investments in the educational field:

1: 42 % in EYAS for Higher and Technical Education – which owns and operates the Gulf University for Science and Technology.

2: 41.69 % in SAMA for Educational Services – which owns and operates the American Creativity Academy Schools

3: 86.9% in AFAQ Educational Services Company – which owns and operates several Arabic and Special Needs schools.

In 2017, BPC acquired (82.09%) of EDU.
