The Kuwait Olefins Company (TKOC) is an international joint venture established in 2005 owned by The Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) 42.5%, Dow Chemical 42.5%, Boubyan Petrochemical Company (BPC) 9% and Qurain Petrochemical Industries Company (QPIC) 6% . The TKOC is under the fully integrated operational umbrella of EQUATE to reach maximum production capacity with minimum capital investment.
